GET THE EMPLOYEE’S SKILLS DEVELOPED

by Maestri

One of the reasons why employees leave their company is because they feel they can’t find any opportunities to enlarge their career as well as to develop their skills. These days more and more employees are seeking for employers who contribute in developing their knowledge and skills. To respond this tendency, company should have commitment to increase employee’s skills by providing some trainings and educations. Training and education have a bit different meaning.

Training focuses on the job which is currently done by employees. Meanwhile education focuses on the job that employees may potentially have in the future. Who is responsible for the employee development? In many companies, manager of each department is the one who often initiate the trainings and HRD department facilitate the trainings by preparing the venue, materials, and the trainer. But this is optional, company might choose to use outsource employee development service.

onsite training is a reliable employee development service which offer certified trainers whose ability have been proved. A certified and well experienced trainer is very important to be provided in order to achieve the training purpose and yield the best result. Employees need not go no where as onsite trainers will come to where the company is. By using its services, company may save money as onsite training give one flat tariff meaning that it charges a certain price per class not per employee and one training class can accommodate up to twenty employees. Onsite trainers will make any presentations and demos by which employees may discuss and explore many things from them. Onsite training offer many kinds of trainings such as MS Office training, soft skill training, and IT training. Onsite training provide catalogue contains many programs they have, company only need to look on it and then choose which training is employees needed the most.
